I'm a seasoned UX designer with a knack for developing highly engaging technologically advanced and elegant user experiences.
I've had the good fortune to solve user interaction puzzles for companies of many sizes. I've been involved with every aspect of interactive design, including conceptualizing, information architecture, building interaction models, visual design, rapid & hi-fi prototyping, programming and more. It's the process that leads me to successful and effective solutions. I always start by understanding the business goals, the user and the problem. Getting to the essence of this problem is what makes my solutions informed and incisive. I'm a huge follower of the user-centered design method, which I employ as an individual and as a team leader.
I love tackling challenging and complex projects and turning chaos into desirable and easy to use experiences. Currently, I work at Microsoft in the Enterprise Cloud, solving challenges for such products as Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, and Azure. My responsibilities include building product strategy, creating platform design guidelines, feature design, standardization and engineering the best practices and collaborating with multi-disciplinary UX teams.
